3. Payment Terms

  • Payment details, including amounts and schedules, will be outlined in individual service agreements.
  • Payments are due as specified; late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All materials created by Shiva Digitech remain the property of Shiva Digitech until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due.
  • Shiva Digitech will deliver any completed work up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shiva Digitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Modifications

Shiva Digitech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
